All I can say is 2 other companies told me I needed a new unit. I was ready to blow over $1000 on the damn thing, but my wife insisted on getting 1 more estimate. I randomly picked Tower Heating Air out of the yellow pages (mainly because they had a coupon.) Rick arrived early and after about a 5 minite diagnostic he told me I need a freon fill up and a New air filter. As much as I hate to admit it, Its a good thing my wife is so insistant.

I own 28 properties in the Sacramento area, and 20 of them have central heating and air. A friend referred me to Towerwhen my regular guy was out of town . After my first experience with Tower I now use Tower almost exclusively for all my properties. (I still give my regular guy some work but only because he is my nephew/!)

Tower H&C kept it quick, simple and alot less than any company I have used in the past. They didnt try to confuse me with a bunch of technical jargon, or try to sell me more than I needed. Excellent customer service. Good job Robert and keep up the good work. I wouldnt use anyone else!
