House of Talents (HOT) is the first member-based Afghan community, centered in California-USA, which brings and encourages creativity and talent among Afghan youths. The goal is to provide a strong community of bright and talented young Afghan individuals. “Opportunity” and “Talent” are two main factors affecting the future life of a person. HOT assembles people with “Talents” and provide “Opportunity” for them to reflect their talents nationwide and worldwide. HOT operates under an absolute equity and friendly manner regardless of ethnicity, race, language, color, and tribal relationships.

  1. Mission (Objectives) of HOT:

The path that HOT chooses to reach its goal includes a variety of categories. HOT chooses talented minds in music, fashion, dance, movie, theater, modeling, style, acting, singing, and all other specific talents that an individual can prove to the board of HOT.

  1. HOT’s Initial Consultations and Submitting Applications:

HOT has made it feasible and easy for applicants to contact either online, by phone or in-person for free consultations. Free initial consultations include discussing the paths an applicant can consider to reach his/her goals in life and how to get to various levels of success in the life through the specific skills. Initial consultation is more like a psychological screening of an applicant and determination of the level of expertise an applicant has in a particular skill. The next step is submitting an application for the board of HOT. The application form might be provided for the applicants who attracted the attention of an expert interviewer during an initial consultation.

HOT has a board of expert members for screening, interviewing, and testing the applicants who want to get profited and get known via their talents worldwide. Applicants who successfully pass the screenings and board interviews become the talented members of the House. Members are provided with ideas and paths to be taken for the future success. In most cases, members are required to provide the HOT a sample of their work and talent. This way, the HOT could present their expertise sample to the relevant worldwide agencies. For instance, a singer is required to provide HOT with a sample song sung by the member for future references. Technically, the items an applicant is required to provide are gathered in a physical profile that an applicant creates with the HOT; the stronger a profile, the more chance of becoming to the surface. Moreover, members are strongly recommended to stay in contact with the HOT mentors.

HOT paves the way for its members to rise gradually in the Afghan community. HOT has close relations with the national and international media. Also, this relationship expands to the Bollywood and Hollywood movie stars, producers, directors, singers, and other behind-the-scene workers.
